Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer to manage and optimise paid campaigns focused on driving Leads, sales, revenue, and ROI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling campaigns and improving conversion performance for brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Drive sales-focused campaigns for websites and e-commerce platforms.
- Optimise campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and revenue growth.
- Analyse performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and revenue.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience handling sales-driven or e-commerce campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
