About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Administration. The intern will primarily support recruitment coordination by working closely with hiring managers and recruitment consultants, while also gaining practical experience in employee onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners for candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes received from consultants and other sourcing channels against job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.
- Follow up with candidates and consultants throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely communication.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Prepare and share recruitment status reports and hiring updates.
HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Support the collection and verification of pre-joining and onboarding documents.
- Maintain and update HR trackers, employee records, and internal databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, celebrations, and internal communication activities.
- Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and other operational trackers.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities and ongoing organizational initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
