Managing a team of 4~5 employees who is responsible for processing of various types of corporate actions

Manage efficiency and productivity of team members on a day-to-day basis.

Ensure timely, correct and complete processing of Equity ISIN allocation and Corporate Action requests from the Issuers

Co-ordination with Issuers and R&T Agents

Tracking record date on exchange site on daily basis and ensure completion of depository related compliances post listing.

Handling Audit / regulatory inspections
-
Ensure adherence of regulatory requirements/guidelines and timely completion of various compliances
-
Ensure timely submission of various reports to the regulators.

Preparation of various MIS
-
Working towards enhancing the internal processes and ensure well drafted Standard Operating
Procedures are in place for new developments
