Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Returns Executive to manage and process customer returns from Amazon, Flipkart, and our company website.
The candidate will be responsible for receiving returned products, checking their condition, updating return details, coordinating with the relevant teams, and ensuring that returned products are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage Amazon, Flipkart, and Website returns.
- Receive returned products from courier/logistics partners.
- Inspect returned products and verify product condition.
- Check whether the returned item matches the original order/product.
- Identify damaged, defective, used, missing, or incorrect products.
- Update return status accurately in the system/CRM.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse, Customer Support, Operations, and Logistics teams regarding return issues.
- Sort returned products into appropriate categories such as Resalable, Refurbishment, Damaged, Defective, or Scrap.
- Prepare and maintain proper records of all returned products.
- Ensure timely processing of returns and avoid pending return stock.
- Assist in maintaining proper warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
- Report discrepancies or suspicious returns to the supervisor/manager.
- Follow company procedures for quality checking and return processing.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets and basic warehouse software is an advantage.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to identify product damage and discrepancies.
- Should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to handle multiple return orders efficiently.
- Previous experience in Amazon/Flipkart returns, e-commerce warehouse, or logistics operations will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.
