Job Description: Spare Parts Manager Company Overview KIMP Royal Enfield is a leading authorized dealer and service center dedicated to delivering a premium ownership experience to Royal Enfield enthusiasts. We are looking for a highly organized and driven Spare Parts Manager to oversee our spare parts department, maximize inventory efficiency, and support our workshop operations. Position Overview - Job Title: Spare Parts Manager - Location: KIMP Royal Enfield, Korba (Nahar Bypass / Dubai Road) - Department: Service & Spares - Reports To: General Manager / Service Head Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory & Stock Management - Maintain optimum stock levels of genuine Royal Enfield spare parts, lubricants, and official accessories to avoid shortages or overstocking. - Oversee regular physical stock verification, audits, and reconciliation against the Dealer Management System (DMS). - Categorize stock efficiently (Fast, Slow, and Non-Moving parts) to improve warehouse space utilization. 2. Workshop Support & Order Fulfillment - Coordinate closely with the Workshop Manager and Service Advisors to ensure 100% parts availability for open job cards. - Minimize vehicle turnaround time (TAT) by promptly sourcing critical or accidental repair parts. - Handle emergency parts procurement from Royal Enfield distribution points or authorized regional channels. 3. Revenue & Sales Generation - Drive counter sales of genuine spares and accessories to retail customers and local mechanics. - Meet monthly revenue targets for spares, engine oil, and genuine motorcycle accessories (GMA). - Design and execute strategies to liquidate dead stock and non-moving inventory. 4. Vendor & Claim Management - Manage parts ordering, invoicing, and tracking processes directly through the official Royal Enfield portal. - Process and track warranty claims for defective parts, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and timely scrap disposal. - Maintain excellent relations with company representatives and logistics partners. Required Qualifications & Skills - Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in spare parts management within an authorized automobile dealership (Two-wheeler dealership experience, especially with Royal Enfield, is highly preferred). - Education: Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Automobile DMS software, MS Excel, and inventory management systems. - Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation capabilities, and sharp attention to detail.
