We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Client Admin Executive to join our team!
The role involves handling end-to-end client coordination — taking orders, confirming customizations, managing delivery schedules, updating customers on their cake status — basically everything that keeps our clients happy and informed.
You’d also be managing order entries, handling invoices, coordinating with delivery partners, and keeping client records spotless. Since, Annie handles operations, you’ll be closely working with her on day-to-day communication — from replying to Instagram DMs, sharing quotes, following up on payments, to ensuring smooth handoff to the kitchen team.
