Grownco Media is hiring a confident and result-driven Sales & Client Conversion Executive who can manage leads, follow up with prospects, handle sales calls, and convert inquiries into paying clients.
The candidate should be good at communication, follow-ups, client handling, and basic sales closing. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow in digital marketing, AI content, social media, and creative agency sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, ads, and referrals
- Call and follow up with potential clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest the right service/package
- Explain Grownco Media services clearly
- Book meetings and sales calls
- Convert warm leads into paying clients
- Maintain daily lead follow-up sheet
- Coordinate with the internal team after client onboarding
- Build strong client relationships
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Confident on phone calls
- Hindi and English communication required
- Basic knowledge of social media, digital marketing, or AI content is a plus
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Freshers can apply if communication is strong
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Final salary depends on skills and experience.
