- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote software products, generate sales opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, provide live demonstrations, handle customer queries, and convert leads into successful sales.
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring smooth product usage and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, demos, follow-ups, support requests, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate new business through lead generation activities, customer referrals, and follow-up campaigns to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely support, regular follow-ups, and professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure effective customer onboarding, issue resolution, and deal closure.
- Achieve individual sales, lead generation, and customer retention targets while contributing to overall business growth.
