About the Role
AdlerQA Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Technical Lead who can take complete ownership of engineering delivery while leading development teams and managing client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who started their career as a hands-on software developer and has progressively grown into leading projects, products, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and code reviews.
- Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality across projects.
- Drive technical discussions and mentor developers to build a high-performing engineering team.
Project & Delivery Ownership
- Take complete ownership of project execution and product delivery from inception to deployment.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and execution plans.
- Define project milestones, sprint goals, timelines, and release schedules.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers while ensuring timely resolution.
- Drive successful delivery with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Client Communication & Product Demonstrations
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sprint reviews, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations with confidence.
- Communicate project progress, technical decisions, risks, and delivery updates effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, ownership, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Gather client feedback and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and support software engineers across multiple projects.
- Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct technical reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous learning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in software development with progressive experience leading engineering teams and project delivery.
- Strong hands-on development background with experience transitioning into technical leadership.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own projects, manage technical decisions, and drive successful outcomes.
- Strong experience in client communication, product demonstrations, stakeholder management, and requirement discussions.
