We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, improve engagement, and support retention strategies. The role involves handling CRM tools, customer data, campaigns, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer database in CRM system
- Plan and execute email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns
- Track customer interactions and improve retention
- Generate CRM reports and analyze customer behavior
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Experience in CRM/customer relationship management
- Knowledge in advanced excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
