About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Trainees. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who possess excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate should be presentable, proactive, and capable of interacting confidently with people while demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership potential. Candidates from a Psychology background will be given preference; however, graduates from any discipline with the right attitude and skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teams in day-to-day operational and business activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and presentations.
- Support project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate professionalism while representing the organization.
- Work collaboratively across departments and contribute to team goals.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and adapt quickly to new challenges.
