Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook tandoori dishes such as kebabs, tikkas, tandoori chicken, and other grilled items.
- Prepare and bake Indian breads including naan, roti, kulcha, and paratha in the tandoor.
- Marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables as per standard recipes.
- Ensure proper operation, temperature control, and maintenance of the tandoor oven.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
