Should have good analytical skills with experience in data management and to be able to liaison/co-ordinate with sales & marketing team, vendors/suppliers for arranging travel, marketing material, meetings, conferences, seminars and handling other day-to-day office administrative activities.
Interface between customer service, sales, marketing, accounting and regulatory departments in all sales support activities. distributor management for sales data, inventory and account receivables; Administrative assistance to the Director India.
1. General office management and day-to-day administrative activities.
2. Managing dispatch (incoming/outgoing).
3. Managing internal and external communication – calls/emails, customer enquiries etc.
4. Working closely with sales & marketing team.
5. Dealing with vendors/suppliers
6. Sales data management in coordination with distributors and sales team
7. Processing, follow up with accounting department for vendor payments
8. Office field work, if required or as instructed by the Director
9. Identify inefficient processes and elaborate solution proposals
10. Managing appropriate filling system (office records Keeping) related to auditing requests
11. Supporting sales and marketing teams for arranging travel, marketing material, events, conferences/seminars etc.
12. Coordination with the vendors and global accounting team for processing the invoices and ensuring timely completion of payments.
13. Coordination with legal and accounting teams for updating office administrative and regulatory compliance etc.
14. Responsible for timely (weekly/monthly) reports generation
15. Create power point presentations for sales and management meetings.
16. Any other duties assigned by the Director
