Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client review meetings.
- Understand clients' financial goals and changing needs.
- Ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
Client Servicing
- Assist clients with investments, insurance, claims, policy servicing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal operations for seamless execution.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Business Development
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across mutual funds, insurance, and financial planning.
- Generate referrals from existing clients.
- Support acquisition of new clients through relationship building.
Portfolio Review
- Schedule annual and half-yearly portfolio review meetings.
- Prepare review reports with the investment team.
- Discuss investment performance and future financial planning.
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Update meeting notes, follow-ups, and service requests.
- Ensure timely compliance and documentation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
