- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Keep records of customer interactions and maintain customer databases
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
