Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, ensure exceptional customer service, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and project updates.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM software or Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client activity reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Ensure prompt communication through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
