Architect – Panvel | Ready to Relocate
Mass Architect is hiring Architects who are passionate about design and execution. We are looking for professionals who can independently handle projects from concept design to execution and take complete ownership of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural projects from concept planning to execution.
- Prepare concept designs, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with CIDCO, NAINA, PMC, and applicable building regulations.
- Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining quality and design standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Must be willing to relocate to Panvel, Navi Mumbai.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and problem-solving approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
