We are looking for a technically proficient and customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team by designing, proposing, and presenting Audio Visual (AV) and Display solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of AV systems, LED displays, digital signage, video conferencing, control systems, and commercial display solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV and display solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), solution designs, and cost estimations.
- Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and installation feasibility.
- Design AV system layouts, signal flow diagrams, rack layouts, and equipment configurations.
- Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions for customers.
- Work closely with the sales team during client meetings to provide technical consultation.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for product selection, technical specifications, pricing, and solution support.
- Prepare tender documents, compliance statements, technical comparisons, and bid responses.
- Assist in project handover by briefing the implementation and service teams.
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies, display solutions, and industry trends.
- Support post-sales teams whenever technical clarification is required.
