- Visitor Management: Welcome guests, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Monitor front desk security, issue visitor badges, and maintain logbooks.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Assist with filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
- Office Organization: Maintain a neat, presentable reception area. Monitor front office supply inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
