Job Title: Academic Counselor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right course and support them throughout the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding available courses, career opportunities, and learning pathways.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates in CRM.
- Assist students with admission procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team for smooth operations.
- Achieve admission targets on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Any degree (Freshers can apply).
- 0–2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or education industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Passion for guiding and helping students build their careers.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
