Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead Talent Acquisition along with Employer Branding initiatives for our Interior Fit-Out business. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive hiring across functions while strengthening the company’s brand presence in the talent market. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to recruitment, brand promotion, and industry networking within construction/interior domains.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for all levels including leadership hiring.
Develop and implement hiring plans aligned with business growth and project requirements.
Manage sourcing channels such as job portals, consultants, references, and social media platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles (Projects, Procurement, Design, QS, etc.).
Drive campus hiring, lateral hiring, and bulk hiring when required.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely closures.
Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.).
Employer Branding & Brand Promotion
Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as a preferred employer.
Promote company brand through digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, social media campaigns).
Coordinate with marketing team for recruitment campaigns, career page content, and branding initiatives.
Represent the company in industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.
Create engaging content including employee testimonials, project highlights, and workplace culture stories.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with senior leadership to align hiring and branding strategies with business goals.
Manage external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
Continuously improve hiring processes, tools, and systems (ATS, HRMS, etc.).
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to Employer Branding.
Prior experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Real Estate industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of technical roles such as Project Managers, QS, Procurement, Designers, etc.
Proven track record in bulk hiring and leadership hiring.
Experience in brand promotion and digital hiring campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong networking ability within the industry.

Exposure to HRMS/ATS systems
Strong LinkedIn and social media recruitment expertise
Creative mindset for branding and engagement initiatives
