We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operational Assistant – Parcel Booking to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will support daily parcel booking operations, coordinate with courier partners, and ensure timely processing and tracking of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily parcel booking operations using internal systems and third-party courier platforms
- Schedule pickups and generate shipping labels accurately and on time
- Maintain updated records of shipments, tracking details, and delivery statuses
- Coordinate with courier partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Respond to customer inquiries related to parcel shipments
- Monitor parcel tracking and proactively address delays or exceptions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
- Prepare reports on shipment volumes and operational KPIs
