Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, following up with existing clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should possess good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Collect customer feedback and update the management regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Ability to convince customers with a positive attitude.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior telecalling, customer support, or sales experience will be an added advantage.
