We're looking for a Brand Manager who understands the world of strategy, branding, and packaging design, and can seamlessly manage the journey from client brief to final execution.
This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in Branding Agencies, Design Studios, Packaging Design Firms, Creative Consultancies, or Advertising Agencies and have hands-on experience managing creative projects and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage branding, packaging design, and communication design projects from brief to delivery.
- Lead client interactions, presentations, feedback discussions, and project reviews.
- Develop clear project briefs and align client expectations with internal creative teams.
- Coordinate with strategists, designers, copywriters, illustrators, and production partners.
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Present strategic and creative recommendations with confidence and clarity.
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Maintain project documentation, project profitability, and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in a Branding Agency, Design Studio, Packaging Design Firm, Creative Consultancy, or Advertising Agency.
- Strong understanding of Brand Strategy, Brand Identity Design, Packaging Design, and Creative Development processes.
- Experience managing multiple branding projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable creative briefs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in client servicing within a creative environment is highly preferred.
