Job Title: Export Merchandiser
Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end export merchandising activities from order receipt to shipment while ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle buyer communication and order execution.
- Coordinate sampling, costing, approvals, and bulk production.
- Follow up with sourcing, production, QA, and logistics teams.
- Track order status and ensure on-time shipment.
- Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and manage delivery schedules.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of export merchandising experience in Home Textiles/Fabrics.
- Good knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
Preferred Industry: Home Textiles, Bedding, Furnishings, Fabrics, Made-ups Export Industry.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
