Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Java Joget Developer with 5+ years of expertise in enterprise application development, workflow automation, and Joget platform customization. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Java technologies, BPM/workflow solutions, API integrations, and developing scalable business applications using the Joget platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications using the Joget platform.
- Develop and configure workflows, forms, process automation, and custom plugins in Joget.
- Build and integrate backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Joget applications with third-party systems, APIs, and databases.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, security practices, and documentation processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Joget platform and workflow customization.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Good understanding of BPM/workflow automation concepts.
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end customization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with API integrations and enterprise application integrations.
- Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹1,547,480.54 - ₹2,081,934.54 per year
