Hiring: Junior Digital Marketing Associate at Pernia's Pop Up Shop
We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and support our online growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns
- Oversee website updates, content, and overall website management
- Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Coordinate with designers to create marketing creatives and campaign assets
- Improve product visibility and presentation on the website
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and online campaigns
- Familiarity with website management and content updates
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
