Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about designing intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to create engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interface designs.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain design consistency using design systems and style guides.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Revise designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and usability.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, or a related field.
- UI/UX design certification or portfolio showcasing academic or personal projects is preferred.
- Internship experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes.
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
Pay: ₹11,265.14 - ₹48,778.55 per month
