Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and hire candidates for CAD Designers, Accountants, Sales Executives, and factory staff.
- Job Posting: Draft and publish engaging job ads on portals, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and administer skill tests (CAD portfolio, accounts compliance, sales role-play).
- Industry Networking: Build relationships with jewelry institutes, trade associations, and local talent pools.
- Onboarding: Coordinate joining formalities, compliance documentation, and induction programs.
- Database Management: Maintain a talent pipeline and employee records in Excel/HRMS.
- Compliance Support: Assist HR Manager in labor law compliance, attendance, and payroll structuring.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and retail roles.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with HR documentation and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in jewelry or manufacturing).
- Knowledge of CAD design institutes, commerce colleges, and jewelry sales networks is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
