Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to provide technical assistance and support to customers and internal users. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Assist users with system setup, configuration, and installation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Monitor system performance and report recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting.
- Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
