HR ASSISTANT
Manage employee attendance, including leave records, leave encashment, bonus work calculations, and attendance reporting.
Proficient in using attendance management portals and maintaining accurate employee attendance data.
Coordinate professional development programs and training sessions for teaching staff.
Administer employee health insurance by coordinating with insurance providers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), including claim processing and policy documentation.
Maintain organized employee records, files, and documentation, ensuring accurate filing and confidentiality.
Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings for staff and Students, including flight, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, experience letters, and other school-related correspondence.
Possess basic knowledge of Provident Fund (PF) processes and employee-related statutory documentation.
Update and maintain staff personnel files, ensuring all records are current and compliant.
Assist the HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration, and day-to-day departmental operations.
Draft and manage official communications, letters, and administrative documents with accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
