Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, promoting products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO is an advantage.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
