Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Consultation: Welcome walk-in customers warmly, understand their specific occasions (weddings, anniversaries, daily wear, investments), and showcase relevant pieces from our inventory.
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of product lines, metal purities (22K, 18K), diamond grading (4Cs), gemstone authenticity, and current bullion market trends to educate and guide buyers.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets through cross-selling, up-selling, and closing warm leads.
- Relationship Management: Maintain an active client database, follow up on custom orders, send personalized updates on festive collections or private viewings, and nurture repeat business.
- Showroom Operations & Merchandising: Assist in the daily opening and closing routines, including the careful display and secure arrangement of high-value stock in showcases.
- Inventory & Compliance: Conduct daily display stock counts, adhere strictly to store security protocols, and manage billing, invoicing, and KYC documentation with absolute accuracy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
