ETHNIC9 is a fast-growing premium ethnic wear brand specializing in luxury sarees. We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller with good English communication skills to handle customer interactions and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate confidently with customers in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and support.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers via phone and WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Required Qualifications
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
- Good communication, listening, and customer handling skills.
