Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our training institute. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining course details, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call students and explain training programs and course benefits.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain lead records.
- Provide information about course fees, schedules, and certifications.
- Convince students to visit the institute or enroll online.
- Maintain daily call reports and admission data.
- Coordinate with trainers and admission teams when required.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email).
- Fluent in tamil & english.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to work under targets.
Qualification
- Intermediate / Any Degree
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage.
