clients with chat-based psychological support, evidence-based content, and professional
tele-counselling services in order to engage and retain the consumers by means of healthcare .
Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Psychologist to deliver high-quality mental health
support across chat and tele-counselling, along with creating health related content. The role
combines direct user interaction with mental health education through chat and tele counseling
services.
Key Responsibilities
● Chat-Based Psychological Support
● Provide empathetic, evidence-based mental health support via real-time and
asynchronous chat
● Assess user concerns and offer appropriate coping strategies, psychoeducation, and
guidance
● Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of interactions
Tele-Counselling Services
● Conduct structured tele-counselling sessions via audio platforms
● Understand the client by providing empathy and appropriate probing
● Provide Solution focused support and develop short-term intervention plans
● Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality
Content & Blog Writing
● Create engaging, accurate, and user-friendly mental health/ healthcare blogs and articles
● Translate health related concepts into accessible content for a general audienceRequired Qualifications
● Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied Psychology)
● Freshers are also welcome
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Comfort working with digital tools, chat platforms, and telehealth systems
Preferred Skills & Experience
● Experience in tele-counselling or online mental health platforms
● Prior content writing or mental health blogging experience
● Ability to handle high-volume chat support with empathy and professionalism
● Languages: English and Hindi (read and write)
