Job Description:
We are searching for an engaged telemarketer to boost sales by reaching out
to current and possible patients. To this end, the telecaller will be
required to obtain lists of individuals' information and guide them to visit
the clinic. You should also jot down important notes during conversations
to facilitate follow-ups on the CRM.
Responsibilities: Will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls from the
prospects and convert them into confirmed patients who will visit the
clinic.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients'
requests.
- Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about
products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of
complaints.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performancerelated
expectations.
- Maintain the database of the leads regularly, create and
Maintain proper records for all calls on the CRM.
- Contact existing patients as well as new prospective leads using scripts

- Understand the specifications of the patients and give them appropriate
replies.
- Address the patients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on
time.
Qualifications &
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Having a pleasing personality, should have a working knowledge of MS
Excel & working on the Customer Relationship Management software.
- Fresher/ More than 6 months of relevant experience in sales &
counseling
- Must be patient, service-oriented, extremely organised and detail-oriented.
Should be patient and have an ability to engage patients in
conversation.
Salary-15000/- to 25000/- based upon experience & skills
Timing-9.45am to 7 pm
