Title: HR Recruiter & Operations
We are an early stage bootstrapped startup with a mission to empower individual of all ages to adapt and follow healthy lifestyle. As a startup, we are seeking a dedicated and committed HR Recruiter.
We are looking for HR Recruiter (An opportunity to grow as a Founding Member).
Who we’re looking for:
A proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations. This role requires strong coordination, organizational skills, and the ability to handle both people-facing and administrative tasks efficiently.
Must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
What you’ll do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
