Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Diagnostic Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our diagnostic centre. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational, financial, and team management skills to ensure smooth functioning of the centre while delivering excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete operations of the diagnostic centre.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient patient queue management.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, consultants, technicians, and the management team.
- Supervise day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure departmental coordination.
- Handle daily cash reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee daily income and expense reports and ensure financial discipline.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve patient concerns and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing a diagnostic centre or hospital operations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of patient handling and service excellence.
- Strong financial management and cash reconciliation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, staff, vendors, and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital/diagnostic management software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in managing a diagnostic centre or hospital operations.
- Qualification: MBA preferred (Healthcare Management/Operations will be an added advantage).
- Candidates with extensive experience in healthcare operations will be given preference.
