Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive (Service) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for IT services, managing client interactions, and supporting the service sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for IT service offerings
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical/service teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service-related documentation
- Follow up with prospects and assist in deal closures
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activities
- Support post-sales coordination to ensure smooth service delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
