Role Objective: Lead end-to-end farm sourcing operations, ensure 100% fill rates for high-quality Fruits & Vegetables (F&V), and drive the operational P&L at the collection center.
Core Responsibilities (Highlights)
- Sourcing & Operations: Drive daily F&V sourcing through Farm Sourcing Leads, strictly maintaining company SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Supply Chain Delivery: Ensure 100% fill rate and dispatch stock to the Distribution Center (DC) as per agreed Delivery Service Levels (DSL).
- Financial Ownership: Own the collection center’s operational P&L and deliver margins agreed with the Category Head.
- Team Leadership: Remotely manage, track, and optimize the performance of the field sourcing team using data-driven feedback.
Mandatory Requirements

- Experience: 2–3 years of core experience in F&V sourcing and procurement, specifically handling high volumes and daily transactions.
- Industry Fit: Background in organized grocery retail / agri-tech is strictly required.
- Farmer Network: Must possess an active, current network within the local farming community and a deep understanding of ground-level farming practices.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage remote field teams, handle P&L/margin targets, and execute strategic sourcing plans.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
