About the Role
Leaders Fitness Academy is looking for a passionate and confident Academic Counselor to join our team in Kannur. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to guide students regarding our fitness and professional courses.
Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and direct walk-ins
- Guide students about courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student database and daily follow-up reports
- Coordinate with the admissions and management team
- Provide excellent support and counseling to students and parents
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in counseling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
