We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern – Project Management (Print & Publications) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of print and publication projects.
This internship is ideal for someone who is keen to learn how annual reports, magazines, newsletters, brochures, and other corporate publications are created from concept to final print. You will work closely with writers, designers, editors, and project managers while gaining hands-on exposure to client servicing, project coordination, and publication management.
- Assist in managing timelines, trackers, and project documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams including writers, designers, editors, and production partners
- Follow up on deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Help organise review cycles and consolidate client feedback
- Assist in preparing briefs for content and design teams
- Review content and layouts for basic quality checks
- Support proofreading and document version management
- Help maintain publication assets, archives, and reference materials
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes
- Support project managers in client communication and status updates
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and project summaries
- Use AI tools for research, content ideation, and productivity support
- Assist in updating content on CMS platforms where required
- Stay updated on communication, content, and design trends
- Graduate or final-year student in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, Design, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI tools is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Hands-on experience working on corporate publications and annual reports
- Exposure to client servicing and project management
