We are looking for a result-oriented and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive student admissions and revenue growth for our EdTech programs. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, counseling, and team management skills with a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into student admissions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning paths.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct webinars, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Train, mentor, and motivate Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve team targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new educational programs.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
