Job Summary
The Civil Site Execution Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budget. The role focuses on site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise on-site civil construction activities.

Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.

Maintain quality standards and implement quality control procedures.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety protocols.

Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at site.

Verify contractor bills and track material consumption.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

8–17 years of experience in civil construction site execution (depending on seniority).

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.

Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera is an advantage).

Good leadership and team management skills.
