BeastDrive is a fast-growing adventure and fitness event company specializing in obstacle races and large-scale endurance experiences across South India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Associate who will connect with potential participants, guide them through the registration process, and drive event sign-ups for BeastDrive races.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain event details and benefits to potential participants
- Assist and guide participants through the registration process
- Follow up with interested leads and close registrations
- Maintain lead database and track conversions
- Work closely with marketing team to drive campaigns
- Ensure a smooth and positive participant experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Fluency in at least one South Indian language (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp handling)
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets
- Prior sales experience is a plus
Work Details
- 6 days working
- Location: On-site / Office-based
- Timing: As per sales shift requirements
