Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably IT or Computer Science)
- 4 to 15 years of experience in software design, development, and support

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze functional requirements provided by Product Owners/Clients and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and error-free applications
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and maintainable solutions
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the development team
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design skills
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Good communication and collaboration skills
