Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and site progress.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Verify measurements and support billing activities.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain proper documentation and site records.
- Coordinate with procurement and store departments for timely material availability.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site execution.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
