Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring excellent customer service.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate purchases with approved vendors.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting logistics when required.
Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and onboarding documentation.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and purchase orders.
Ensure office equipment is maintained and arrange repairs when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and employee records.
Support management with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
