Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive to drive business growth by onboarding new properties, building relationships with investors, and developing partnerships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with client meetings and travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect and build relationships with property owners and investors
- Identify and onboard new properties for Homely Stays
- Develop partnerships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc.
- Conduct property visits and client meetings
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and property owners
- Track leads, meetings, and business opportunities
- Coordinate with operations and management teams for smooth property onboarding
- Prepare reports and maintain records in Excel
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Partnership Management preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Own two-wheeler mandatory
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, real estate, co-living, or travel industry
- Familiarity with OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.)
- Ability to independently manage client meetings and closures
